Let;s see how this looks first.  Lets talk about what I have on the meal plan set for today.

Breakfast

  • 1 Nutella and almond butter sandwich with sliced bananas
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 2 calcium magnesium pills

Snack

  • Rice cakes
  • 1 cup of cantaloupes
  • 2 cups of watermelon

Lunch

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of veggies
  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 1 glucosamine pill

Pre Workout (1 hour prior)

  • 1 – 2 oranges
  • Rice Cakes
  • 1 2/3rd serving of Superpump

Post Workout

  • 1 protein shake
  • 1 serving of glutamine
  • Coconut water

Dinner

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of veggies
  • 2 cups of brown rice or Yam
  • 1 tbsp of fish oil
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 calcium magnesium pill
  • 1 glucosamine pill
